Orders, however they reach you
Paste the email, photograph the list, or let the customer place it themselves. You get a draft order with lines, quantities and prices already suggested from what they usually buy.
Order operations for wholesale and supply businesses
Marula Flow is the operations layer from the order landing in your inbox to the signed proof landing in your customer’s. Your accounting system stays exactly where it is — it keeps the money, we run the day.

How an order moves
Pick a stop to see what happens there. Nothing sits in a status nobody owns, because there is no status nobody owns.
Paste the email, photograph the list, or let the customer place it themselves. Lines, quantities and prices come back already suggested from what they usually buy. A person approves it — only then is it Ready.
Before the board: how OR-04215 arrives.
The gap
It breaks in the hours between the order arriving and the truck coming back. That gap is where the margin quietly goes.
What it does
Paste the email, photograph the list, or let the customer place it themselves. You get a draft order with lines, quantities and prices already suggested from what they usually buy.
Ready, Run, Out, Review, Capture, Done. Every person in the business is looking at the same order in the same state. No parallel spreadsheet.
Group by area, assign a vehicle, drag the stop order, watch capacity fill as you go. Print the route sheet when it is right.
Per-order pick sheets, one consolidated pick list for the whole run, delivery notes and POD packs batched and printed together.
Log what came back against the line it belongs to. Credit it, replace it, or raise a back order that stays linked to the original.
Scanned and emailed documents get read, matched to the right order and customer, checked in a review queue, then sent on in one go.
The connector
Today that accounting system is Sage 50cloud Pastel Xpress — the on-premise one. A small agent runs on a machine inside your network, next to your Pastel data, and keeps the two in step. It only ever reads — it never writes to your Pastel data, so your books cannot be touched, locked or broken from our side. Nothing is re-keyed, and nothing operational is invented twice.
It also means the part of your business that was stuck on one office PC is now in the browser — the warehouse, the run planning, the customer portal — without moving your books to the cloud.
Comes in
Goes out
On something else? The connector is a deliberately thin layer, and we write new ones when a real customer needs one. Ask — that is how the next one gets built.
Customer portal
The portal is not a separate system bolted on the side. It is your board, facing outward — so an order a customer places on Tuesday night is already priced, already theirs, and already in Ready when you open the board.
Next step
Tell us how orders reach you today and where they fall over. We will tell you honestly whether Marula Flow helps — and what it would take to run your next delivery day on it.
